PURPOSE: To provide the titled apparatus capable of manufacturing an alloy slurry having a constant solid-phase fraction by immersing a vessel for holding the alloy slurry having an agitation mechanism part into a fluid heating medium, and controlling the temp. of the alloy slurry through the fluid heating medium.
CONSTITUTION: A vessel 12 for holding a sleeve is provided at the bottom part of a melting furnace 11, and an agitation means of a revolving body 14 installed to a motor 13 is provided therein in a manufacturing apparatus of an alloy slurry 23 from an molten alloy 22. A molten metal container 16 equipped with an agitating blade 15 at the bottom is furnished to the outer circumference of said holding vessel 12. A cooling coil 17 is provided to the outer circumference, and a heater 20 at the inside. The temp. of the alloy slurry 23 in said holding vessel 12 is detected by a thermocouple 18 fixed to the side wall. The temp. of a molten 21 in the container 16 is regulated by a regulator 19 on the basis of the detected value through said cooling coil 17 and heater 20 to control the temp. of the alloy slurry 23 and to maintain the solid-phase fraction constant.
