PURPOSE: To feed in an axial direction a product taken out as a pipe body from the part of a supporting shaft without rotation by revolving a rotary member and a material supply member about the circumference of a supporting shaft at the same speed as the winding speed of the material due to the rotation of the rotary member and in the reverse direction.

CONSTITUTION: Each of rotary member 10 is revolved with a cylinder 2 about the circumference of a supporting shaft 4 at the same speed V' as the material winding speed due to the rotation of a rotary member 10 and in the reverse direction, a material supply member 11 is turned at the same speed and directioin as the above mentioned and the supporting shaft 4 is rotated at a speed V+V' to fix the rotating speed (v) of the rotary member due to relative rotation V between the supporting shaft 4 and the cylinder 2. The whole apparatus is rotated at the same speed as the winding speed V' of the material and in the reverse direction and the winding speed of the material makes V'-V'=0.
