Abstract:
To automatically calculate the use quantity with the concentration of liquid raw materials taken into consideration and the use quantity of diluted raw materials to thereby reduce operation loads and ensure the effective use of liquid raw materials in stock and the safety and quality of products to increase the yield and improve the productivity.SOLUTION: A production management device according to the present embodiment includes: concentration update means for updating, for products and/or semi-products, a master registering a plurality of components containing liquid raw materials and diluted raw materials forming the products and/or the semi-products and the configuration quantity of each of the plurality of components, for the plurality of components, an inventory information file registering the quantity of each lot and inventory information including concentration for the liquid raw materials, and for the inventory information, the concentration after the inspection of the liquid raw materials; and use quantity calculation means for automatically calculating, with reference to the master, the use quality with the concentration of the liquid raw materials taken into consideration and the use quantity of the diluted raw materials upon production of an instructed production quantity of target products or semi-products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
