Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing device and method of a leaching package for tea or coffee.

The manufacturing device of the leaching package has a folding means 108 folding a web material into a shape almost similar to a W-letter, a sealing means 110 sealing the material at a position corresponding to a margin of the package, one W-letter shaped arm demarcating the first partition, the other arm demarcating the second partition, a cutting means 118 cutting the material to form each receptacle article out of the web, a means for fixing a support member to the open upper end part of each receptacle article to form the leaching package, a filling means 146 filling the leaching package, and a means separating and holding two partitions of the receptacle articles with the filling means.
