Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of quartz glass which suppresses the pulsation in the supply of raw material powder, sharply reduces the generation of air bubbles and manufactures quartz glass which is high in quality.
SOLUTION: In this manufacturing device of quartz glass, a measure plate 12 comprises a first measure hole array 15L which has a gap(g) at regular intervals and is provided by linking annually perforated plural pieces of measure holes 15 and plural pieces of measure holes 16 which are perforated oppositely to the gap(g) and are disposed in such a manner that a part of the measure holes 16 are overlapped with the adjacent two measure holes 15 of the first measure holes array 15L when seen from the radial direction. This manufacturing device of quartz glass also has a second measure hole array 16L which is formed by annularly linking the measure holes 16 along the first measure hole array 15L.
