PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of the quality unevenness of the resin held on a base sheet by providing the mixer agitating the liquid resin in a resin pool formed in between a coater roll and a metering roll arranged in parallel.
CONSTITUTION: A coater roll 1 and a metering roll 2 are heated by the heating medium circulating inside and are arranged in a pair and in parallel, and then they are rotatably driven in one direction. The space formed along the direction of a shaft between both rolls is caused to be a resin pool 3, and in said pool a stationary mixer 12 is provided. In the stationary mixer 12, the blade 14 sloping down to the left and the blade 15 sloping down to the right are arranged and fixed onto the surface of a holding plate 13 along the longitudinal direction. When the liquid resin 7a in the resin pool 3 is caused to flow, while being dragged by the coater roll 1, the resin 7a is forcedly moved in the axial direction of the roll 1, 2 by the sloping blades 14, 15, and receives agitating action, whereby the difference of heat hysteresis of the liquid resin 7a is uniformized.
