PURPOSE: To dispense with fine adjustment of an opening/closing member in a moving hopper and prevent the compact condition of raw material in a fixed hopper by supplying the raw materials of thin medical instruments for medical treatment received in a moving hopper to the succeeding process after once supplying them to a fixed hopper.

CONSTITUTION: When the shutter 4 of a moving hopper A in the condition of the moving hopper A closely mounted to a fixed hopper B, raw materials 1 of thin medical instruments for medical treatment such as suture needles received in the moving hopper A are rolled out from an opening 5 along are inclined bottom plate 3. The raw materials rolling out are moved along the inclined bottom plate 6 of the fixed hopper B, and supplied to the succeeding process such as a grooved pulley C side through a supply port 7 formed by means of the bottom plate 6 and a fixed partitioning plate 8. By supplying the raw materials 1 from the moving hopper A to the succeeding process C through the supply port 7 of the fixed hopper B in this way, the raw materials 1 are supplies stably and surely without need of fine adjustment of the opening 5 of the moving hopper A.
