Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an all solid battery, which can improve a yield and electrical characteristics of the all solid battery.SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of an all solid battery 1 including a positive electrode material 22, a negative electrode material 23, a solid electrolyte 24, an electrode body 2 having positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side terminals 27 and 28, and a film 3 covering an external surface of the electrode body 2, with the positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side terminals 27 and 28 respectively include lead parts 27a and 28b protruding to the outside of the film 3. The positive electrode material 22, the negative electrode material 23, the solid electrolyte 24, and the positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side terminals 27 and 28 are laminated and the external surface of the electrode body 2 is covered with the film 3, thereby obtaining a semi-finished product 10. Next, a jig 50 is attached to the semi-finished product 10, with the jig 50 forming an opening part 51a that allows a surface of the semi-finished product 10 to communicate with the outside of the jig 50 in a predetermined part of the surface other than a part thereof where the lead parts 27a and 28b protrude. Then, the semi-finished product 10 is pressurized in a liquid.
