Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an all-solid-state battery in which generation of dust caused by cutting a laminate by a cutting blade is suppressed.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an all-solid-state battery includes the steps of preparing a laminate that includes a cathode, an anode, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the cathode and the anode, cutting an edge of the laminate using a cutting blade, laser processing an edge surface exposed by the cutting to melt at least one of materials composing the laminate, and solidifying the melted material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
