Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can manufacture bags without using thermal energy in large quantities and without using expensive equipment.SOLUTION: A rigid member 24A constituting a bag body is made of a synthetic resin plate, and comprises a central part 34, 4-places of valley fold grooves 35 recessed around the central part 34, and flared part 36 corresponding to walls. The rigid member has a hole 37 for a carry handle, holes 38, 38 for a handle, and two or more screw holes 39. The valley fold is made at the valley fold grooves 35, and thereby a box shape can be formed.EFFECT: The valley fold can be performed at a normal temperature. The expensive equipment is unnecessary for the valley fold. Accordingly, according to the present invention, bags can be manufactured without using thermal energy in large quantities and without using expensive equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
