Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform uniform water procession on the fluorescent film, by dropping a liquid of high viscosity low evaporation organic material on the fluorescent film face then developping forcefully by means of squeeze.
CONSTITUTION: Fluorescent film 2 is coated on the inner face of panel 1 then the face fluorescent film 2 is water processed. In said water procession, liquid 11 of high viscosity low evaporation organic material is dripped on one end of fluorescent film 2 then the liquid 11 is developped forcefully by means of squeeze to moisture the surface of fluorescent film 2 uniformly. Then intermediate film 10 is coated and metal back layer 3 is coated to form the desired screen face 4.
