Abstract:
To provide a novel method for manufacturing a ceramic sintered substrates, capable of effectively preventing misalignment in a stacked object obtained by stacking a plurality of ceramic green sheets through a release agent layer to stably manufacture the ceramic sintered substrate, when sintering the stacked object to manufacture the ceramic sintered substrate.SOLUTION: When a plurality of ceramic green sheets are laminated through a release agent layer, degreased as necessary, and then burned under a nitrogen atmosphere to produce a ceramic sintered substrate, an area where no release agent exists in the release agent layer that exists between ceramic green sheets is provided on at least part of the periphery of the ceramic green sheets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
