Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a dust core capable of obtaining desired electromagnetic characteristics without causing cracking or swelling.SOLUTION: A dust core is produced by pressurizing magnetic powder 100 at least a part of which is coated 110 in a mold 300 while heating it at a predetermined temperature. The mold 300 is composed of a die 310, an upper punch 350, and a lower punch 330. The upper punch 350 is located above the lower punch 330 in the vertical direction. The mold 300 is provided with a low temperature portion 400 and a high temperature portion 500. The temperature of the low temperature portion 400 is 10°C or more lower than the temperature of the high temperature portion 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
