Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method in which weight and a thickness of one sliced food product and further weight of products in one package can be easily adjusted to desired values, even through the product is a food bar in an irregular shape such as bacon.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a sliced food comprises: a first step of measuring a profile of a cross section of a food bar W using a profile measurement instrument; a second step of assuming a density of the food bar W to be uniform, on the basis of three-dimensional position data, and calculating position data for setting cutting positions C1-C5 at positions where volumes of six sliced food products are equal; and a third step of slicing the food bar W using a cutting blade 321, in accordance with the calculated position data on the cutting positions C1-C5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
