Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced resin molded body and a manufacturing device of the fiber reinforced resin molded body for manufacturing the fiber reinforced resin molded body having low cost and high smoothness of a surface.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced resin molded body has a process for mixing a thermoplastic resin and fiber to produce a mixture and a process for arranging the mixture in a cavity of a mold 50 to press mold the mixture, the process for press molding the mixture including a process for filling a resin in a recess of a surface of the mixture formed by shrinking the thermoplastic resin. The manufacturing device 1 of the fiber reinforced resin molded body has a mixer 2 for producing the mixture by mixing the thermoplastic and the fiber, the mold 50 for press molding the mixture, and a resin filling part for filling the resin in the recess of the surface of the mixture formed by shrinking the thermoplastic resin in the mold 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
