PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluorescent lamp, the fluorescent lamp and a illumination device using the same.
SOLUTION: Fluorescent materials are recovered from the used fluorescent lamp, and recycled fluorescent materials are produced by refining and heating the fluorescent materials. A fluorescent material layer 2 consisting of the recycled fluorescent materials and unused fluorescent materials is formed on the inner face side of a bulb 1a, and a light transmissible discharge container 1 is formed by sealing both ends while a pair of electrodes 3, 3 are sealed and mounted on the both ends of the bulb 1a, and the fluorescent lamp is obtained by enclosing an ionization medium inside the light transmissible discharge container 1. The fluorescent material layer 2 can be formed by forming a single fluorescent material coating film in which the recycled fluorescent materials and the unused fluorescent materials are mixed, and by firing. The fluorescent material layer 2 can also be formed in two layers consisting of the unused fluorescent material coating film mainly having the unused fluorescent materials and the recycled fluorescent material coating film mainly having the recycled fluorescent materials.
