To establish a manufacturing method to produce high precision rings 9 having practically sufficient accuracy, using a processing machine which can industrially mass-produce them, can be constructed at a low cost and does not increase operation cost.
A long metal sheet strip 1 pulled out from a coil is succeedingly sent according to the progress of forming process of the high precision ring 9 as shown in (A) to (G). In a separation process, a flange part 4 or either of intermediate cylindrical materials 6, 8 produced from the flange part 4 is cut off from the metal sheet 1. After a designated work is applied on the flange part 4 or either of intermediate cylindrical materials 6, 8 which are separated from the metal sheet 1 in the separation process, the flange part 4 or either of the intermediate cylindrical materials 6, 8 is pushed into the second round hole 10 formed in the metal sheet 1 and sent together with the metal sheet 1 to the subsequent process.
