Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated polyimide film in which a thick polyimide film can be obtained in a simple process, and a laminated polyimide film obtained by the method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a laminated polyimide film of this embodiment is to directly laminate two or more layers of polyimide film without an adhesive layer, and includes the following steps. Plasma treatment is applied to the prepared polyimide film, and an aqueous liquid mainly consisting of water is adhered to at least one layer of the plasma treated polyimide film. Then, with the aqueous liquid adhering to at least one layer of polyimide film, the two or more layers of polyimide film are overlapped at a temperature of 0 to 80°C. The overlapped polyimide films are then heat treated at a maximum attainable temperature of 300°C or higher to bond the overlapped polyimide films to each other to achieve an adhesive strength of 1.0 N/cm or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
