To provide a manufacturing method of a lithographic printing plate which uses an ink acceptor for the lithographic printing plate that reduces a blur of ink on the occasion of ink hitting, satisfies resistance to smudge in printing and moreover brings about an excellent plate wear resistance, and which enables image formation with high resolution and excels in the plate wear resistance.
The ink acceptor has an ink accepting layer on a substrate and the substrate has a grain structure constituted by superposing a large-wave structure having an average wavelength of 5-100 μm, a medium-wave structure having an average opening diameter of 0.5-5 μm and a small-wave structure having an average opening diameter of 0.01-0.2 μm. The ink prepared by dispersing polymer particulates in a dispersion medium containing one kind or more selected from water and an organic solvent is hit on the ink acceptor by an inkjet recording method and fixed by heating treatment, and then the ink accepting layer not being hit by the preceding ink is removed before printing, in this manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate.
