Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a resin magnet having high magnetic characteristics and high mechanical strength by dealing powder of ferrite system magnetic material with cyanogen coupling agent and next with titanate coupling agent before kneading thereof with resin.

CONSTITUTION: After one part of r-aminopropyltriethoxy silane is added to 90.5 parts of strontium ferrite powder, stirred and mixed for ten min. by a high speed mixer, it is dried for 1hr in a dryer in which temperature is adlusted to 105°C. Next, it is replaced to the high speed mixer and added with 0.5 parts of isopropyl tris titanate. Then, it is stirred and mixed for ten min. Next, it is added with 0.5 parts of nylon powder and mixed in a high speed mixer. Next, this mixture is kneaded and extruded by an extruder to obtain pellet-like compound material.
