Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine capable of accurately aligning a coil terminal with respect to a terminal block while being downsized.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine includes: a first correction step of inserting into a bolt penetration hole a first correction jig of which position correcting projections to be inserted to the bolt penetration hole are arranged at previously specified intervals, for correcting a mutual interval between a plurality of coil terminals into a specific position; a second correction step of removing the first correction jig from the bolt penetration hole after inserting into a jig insertion hole a second correction jig comprising an aligning projection for maintaining relative positions of the plurality of coil terminals inserted into the jig insertion hole without depending on the first correction jig; a matching step of matching a bolt fastening hole with the bolt penetration hole in a state where the second correction jig is inserted into the jig insertion hole; and a fastening step of fastening a bolt into the bolt fastening hole in a state where the bolt fastening hole is matched with the bolt penetration hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
