To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber roll constituted so as to find a solution to a technical subject from an aspect of production represented by (1) the loss of the rubber material of an unnecessary part, (2) the damage of a core caused by a blade used for cutting the rubber material into a necessary dimension and (3) the contamination of the slide surface and edge face of the core caused by the chemical interlocking of the rubber material and the core by a relatively simple apparatus mechanism without requiring the cleaning of the slide surface of the core by grinding or the coating of the slide surface of the core with an interlocking preventing mold release agent of the core after the removal of an unnecessary rubber.
In the manufacturing method of the rubber roll for coating the outer periphery of the core with the rubber material by a rubber extruder according to a crosshead die system, masking for preventing rubber adhesion is applied at least to the slide parts of both end parts of the core passing through the head of the rubber extruder to perform extrusion molding.
