Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a stacked ceramics electronic component capable of obtaining a ceramics slurry, in which all materials are dispersed evenly, and also obtaining a stacked ceramics electronic component of smaller breakdown-strength defective fraction.
SOLUTION: Ceramic powder is dispersed in a mixed solvent to prepare a primary slurry. A binder and an elasticizer are dispersed in a second mixed solvent, to prepare a binder/elasticizer mixed liquid. The primary slurry and the binder/elasticizer mixed liquid are mixed to prepare a ceramics slurry. The ceramics slurry is used to make a stacked ceramics capacitor. The first mixed solvent, in which the ratio of solvent containing OH base is higher than 0.5 in total solvent volume ratio, is used. The second mixed solvent, in which the ratio of solvent which does not contain OH base is 0.5-0.8 in total solvent volume ratio, is used.
