Abstract:
To reduce generation of spatter and a blowhole due to arc welding regardless of kinds of shielding gas.SOLUTION: A welding wire (10) is pulled up to a position where the relationship of 1.25R≤D≤8R is satisfied in association with transition from a short circuit period to an arc period when a distance between a tip of the welding wire (10) and a welding-object portion is denoted by D and a diameter of the welding wire (10) is denoted by R, and during the arc period, an electric current is supplied so that a current waveform becomes a pulse waveform which satisfies the relationship of -5×104A/s≤a≤-2.5×104A/s when a denotes an inclination at which a current value drops immediately after reaching a peak current value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
