PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process for a container for dry type barrel polishing which hardly causes hit marks on a work. SOLUTION: A container 2 is made of an elastic material and has ventilation parts 25a and 25b to circulate open air. On molding the container 2, dummy blocks 33a and 33b are put in corresponding places allotted to the ventilation part 25a. To an opening formed in the place of the dummy block on a picked out molding from a die, a polyurethane piece 5a, pierced with a small hole and used as a ventilation part, is fitted through a plate 6a.
