Title:
MARKER GENE FOR INSPECTING ARTICULAR RHEUMATISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005278479
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To identify an articular rheumatism-sensitive gene by a mapping method using a high-efficiency and low-cost microsatellite.
The new articular rheumatism-sensitive gene of the TNXB, NOTCH4, RAB6A, MPRL48, UCP2 or UCP3 gene of a human genome sequence is identified by carrying out a case control correlation analysis corresponding to the articular rheumatism by using a microsatellite polymorphism marker set at about 100 kb interval to narrow down a candidate range, and carrying out a correlation analysis and a linkage analysis using SNP as a marker.
