Abstract:
To provide a marking jig facilitating the marking work of even a pipe having a coating material.SOLUTION: A marking jig 1 for marking combined pipes 29 and 30 having coating materials 23 and 25 with which outer peripherals of resin pipes 22 and 24 are coated, the coating materials capable of expanding/contracting in an axial direction, is equipped with first and second cylindrical portions 101 and 102 in which tip ends 28 of the resin pipes 22 and 24 are inserted, and an abutting portion 3 that abut-regulates an insertion position of the tip ends 28 of the resin pipes 22 and 24. At a position separated by a predetermined length from the abutting portion 3, a marking hole 11 penetrating the first and second cylindrical portions 101 and 102 is provided. On an outer surface of an end portion on a side where the resin pipes 22 and 24 are inserted in the first and second cylindrical portions 101 and 102, a collar portion 8 is provided. When the tip ends 28 of the resin pipes 22 and 24 are inserted in the first and second cylindrical portions 101 and 102, the collar portion 8 abuts on end surfaces of the coating materials 23 and 25, thereby pressing the coating materials 23 and 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
