To provide a massage capable of easily setting a position of a treating element suiting a massage in shoulder position adjustment.
When an ON/OFF switch is turned on, a treating part 40 is moved to an upper limit position of vertical movement (steps 21-23). A kneading ball width is widened (steps 24-25), and the treating part 40 is moved to a highest position of a shoulder position (a step 26). It is determined whether a shoulder position adjusting switch is on or a massage switch is on (a step 27). If the shoulder position switch is on, kneading balls 402a and 402b are moved to set shoulder positions (a step 28). When the kneading balls 402a and 402b are moved to the set positions, they carry out tapping action at the positions (a step 29), and an input of the switch is determined by returning to the step 27. If the massage switch is turned on in the step 27, an indicated massage action is started (a step 30).
