Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master gear of a spinning reel in which detachment of a bearing is readily carried out.
SOLUTION: The master gear 11 of the spinning reel has a shaft part 10a in which a handle shaft part 7 is attached so as to make rotation impossible and which is rotatably installed in a reel body 2a and a gear part 10b provided in the outer periphery on the inside of a rotation supporting part 10g of the shaft part 10a and engaging with a pinion gear 12. The shaft part 10a has, further, first groove parts 10e for absorbing buckling formed along the circumferential direction in the outer periphery of both ends on the outside of the rotation supporting part 10g and second groove parts 10f for absorbing buckling formed along the circumferential direction in the outer periphery of the rotation supporting part 10g. The first groove parts 10e and the second groove parts 10f are each formed in two places in the both ends of the shaft part 10a.
