Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the stability and linearity of the circuit by decreasing the Q value of a matching circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The base of a transistor (TR)3 is provided with the matching circuit comprising an inductance 1 and a capacitor 2. A resistor 4 is provided between the inductance 1 and the base. Thus, the input resistor of the TR3 is increased. This means that the matching is attained even with a low value of the Q of the matching circuit. If the Q of the matching circuit is low, the band width of the matching is made broader. The stability of the circuit is improved also.
