Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable reduction of equipment expenses and simplification of the equipment, by filling a material from a material tank into a mold cavity together with air pressurized thereby to accelerate the filling speed of said material, with no necessities required for large devices related to said air pressurized. CONSTITUTION:A core mold 5 and a cavity mold 6 are so pressed as to form no crevice therebetween, so that the pressurized air, etc., don't escape directly from the inside of a cavity 11. When a regulating valve 2 is opened, the compressed air is led inside a material tank 1 from a compressor. Thus, the material inside the material tank 1 is in a pressurized state. Then, the material in the tank 1 is, together with the pressurized air, sent by pressure to a material supply port 12b of a material filling device 12 through a packing hose 34. The supply port 12b is opened when the material is filled because a plunger is retreated. The pressurized air introduced from outside accompanies the material. The material as it is being pressurized, is forcibly sent together with the pressurized air into the cavity 11 from a material outlet 12a of the filling device 12 to be filled.
