To provide a matted resin film which has a mat layer and allows ruggedness on the surface of the mat layer to be not observed after the matted resin film is stuck to a thermoplastic resin sheet and the matted resin film thus stuck is molded.

The mat layer of the matted resin film includes a transparent resin and transparent fine particles so that the ratio of the transparent fine particles having a particle diameter two or more times the volume-average particle diameter of all of the transparent fine particles is ≤5/10,000 particles. The surface of the matted resin film is decorated and the thermoplastic resin sheet is layered on the decorated surface to obtain a decorated sheet. A thermoplastic resin is injected/molded onto the decorated surface to obtain a decorated molded article. The thermoplastic resin is injected/molded onto the thermoplastic resin sheet side of the decorated sheet to obtain another decorated molded article.
