PURPOSE: To shorten a processing time, by automatically alloting the difference between the total value of the numbers of the received orders of a plurality of shops, which are registered in a data memory, and the manufactured number with respect to a specified commodity in proportion to the number of the received order, and correcting the contents of the memory.

CONSTITUTION: The number of the received orders from each of a plurality of shops with respect to a commodity is registered in a central processing unit (CPU). The commodity is pre-packaged by an automatic packaging machine, and the weight, price and the like are printed on a label. The data is inputted into the CPU. In the CPU, the total value of the number of the received orders and the manufactured number, which are stored beforehand, are compared, and the total change number is obtained. The computation of proportional distribution is performed by a dont care method. Then the number of the received orders of each shop is corrected.
