A sending device 20 comprises a casing 21 and a piston 22 vertically movably and liquid-tightly inserted inside the casing 21, includes a measurement body 6 fixed to a lower part of the piston 22 at a proximal end part, inserted inside the casing 21, bent from the lower part of the casing 21, and extended in a radial direction, and is configured to send out the measurement body 6 by being supplied with water inside the casing 21 at the upper part of the piston 22 and moving the piston 22 downwards.
