PURPOSE: To obtain a measuring circuit of a current of a DC main circuit which can execute accurate conversion of the current of the DC main circuit by using a DC current transformer provided in a shunt circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A shunt conductor 2 forming a shunt circuit is connected in electrical parallel to a main conductor 3 forming a DC main circuit, and an inductance element 1 having a variable reactor and a DC current transformer 4 are provided so that they surround the shunt conductor 2. The inductance element 1 is regulated to attain (R2/R1=L2/L1) so that a value obtained by multiplying a current value of a shunt current I2 measured by the DC current transformer 4 by (R2/R1) may coincide with a main current I1 flowing through the main circuit.
