PURPOSE: To analyze data accurately by storing in order driving data every prescribed period from the detecting output of driving information of every kind and holding the data fixedly with the manual operation and printing the driving data within a prescribed time including a point of its lock time.
CONSTITUTION: A pulse from a vehicle velocity sensor part 12 is counted by a processing circuit part 14 and renewed with the prescribed period and stored along with timing data of a timing part 26 in a storage part 18 and the manual operation of a lock switch part 22 is detected by a lock detecting part 24 to stop the output to the storage part 18 from the circuit part 14. Then, the data within the prescribed time are held fixedly in the storage part 18 making its lock time a reference point and the vehicle data within the prescribed time of the storage part 18 and the times corresponding to these data are printed in a printer 32 via a printer control part 28 by operating a print switch part 30.
