Title:
MEASURING METHOD FOR CHOLINESTERASE AND METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING CIRRHOSIS AND HEPATITIS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3451783
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure the Aleuria aurantia (Fr.) Fuckel lectin coupling cholinesterase for a large number of samples through a simple operation by employing a fixed monoclonal antibody for recognizing cholinesterase and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed first monoclonal antibody for recognizing cholinesterase, a labeled second monoclonal antibody for recognizing a different part of cholinesterase, and a sample are caused to react on each other. Label of the reacted or not reacted second monoclonal antibody is then detected. On the other hand, a monoclonal antibody fixed with cholinesterase, a labeled Aleuria aurantia (Fr.) Fuckel lectin, and the sample are caused to react on each other. Label of the reacted or not reacted Aleuria aurantia (Fr.) Fuckel lectin is then detected. Furthermore, Aleuria aurantia (Fr.) Fuckel lectin coupling cholinesterase is measured thus discriminating between cirrhosis and hepatitis.
