A plurality of prism bodies formed by making three mirror surface-finished metal plates orthogonal to one another, are formed along the circumference centered on portions where the metal plates cross one another. Moreover, a second metal plate is formed by being made orthogonal to at least one surface of a first metal plate made of a flat plate, and on the both surfaces of the second metal plate, a third metal plate is formed which is orthogonal to the second metal plate and made orthogonal to the first metal plate. Furthermore, the coating treatment and plating treatment are applied on the surfaces of the metal plates.
