Abstract:
To develop seasoning hard to deteriorate in taste and kept with high quality even when it is stored for a long time regarding liquid seasoning containing soup derived from meat and fish meal.SOLUTION: Regarding in-container liquid seasoning containing soup derived from meat and fish meal, an in-container liquid seasoning containing the blended amount of 5-100 g of fish meal per meat soup derived nitrogen 1% in a seasoning liquid part, the fish meal containing round herring karebushi by 50-85% (w/w) as a raw material, is not only suppressed in smell caused by the meat and hard to deteriorate in taste even after long-time storage at an ordinary temperature after container filling.SELECTED DRAWING: None
