PURPOSE: To increase the facilities for use of a straw coupled with a pack and make the mechanism simple to reduce cost.
CONSTITUTION: An outer tube 31" of a straw 311 has a tapered funnel-shaped section 7 at an end, a longitudinal vent groove 11" next to the tapered funnel- shaped section 7, and a gap 11' at the end of the vent groove 11", so as to permit entrance of external air to keep pressure balance during suction and so as to function as a stopper when the straw 311 is forced to be shortened. An inner tube 32" has a straight section 13 and a funnel-shaped section 8 located at the basic end. Consequently, the vent groove 11" of the outer tube 31" permits external air to enter the pack during suction and keeps pressure balance so as to prevent deformation and outbreak of noise during suction, and furthermore, functions as a stopper against the funnel-shaped section 8 of the inner tube 32" to assure the condition of the predetermined length during suction.
