PURPOSE: To prevent a medal from being deformed by inclining the end of the lower part of a pipe so that the medal can be fed into the pipe without applying excessive force to the medal.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe 20, a spiral body 30 and a prime mover 40 are provided, a medal is carried together with a purifying material from the lower part to the upper part in the pipe 20 by the spiral body 30, and the medal is purified. Also, the pipe 20 extends in the vertical direction, the upper part 31 is roughly linear, the lower part 32 is curved or bent against the upper part 31, the lower end is closed, a medal discharge port 21 is provided on the upper end side part, and also, a medal intake port 22 is provided on the lower end. Moreover, the spiral body 30 is placed along the pipe 20 in the pipe 20. Furthermore, in the prime mover 40 placed in the upper end of the pipe 20, a rotation axis is connected to the upper end of the spiral body 30 so that the spiral body 30 can be rotated. Subsequently, an angle α made by an axis A of an axis 31 of the upper part 31 and an axis B of the end of the lower part 32 is set to an obtuse angle. As a result, the medal can be purified without deforming it.
