To enable an edit of control information for specifying a repeat, a skip or the like of video material at an arbitrary time for an individual learner, in dependence on the request, purpose and the like of a material user.
A learning material server 10 reads material information and control information from a material database 11 and a control information database 12 respectively to deliver them to a learner/instructor terminal 15 via a material delivery part 14. In the learner/instructor terminal 15, an image reproduction part 17 reproduces material. A user edits the control information with reference to material contents. A data transmission part 16 transmits the edited control information saved on main memory to the material server 10. A data reception part 13 on the material server 10 saves the edited control information in the control information database 12.
