This medical appliance has a hollow tube 12 which is provided with an inner flank 32, an outer flank 30, a proximal end 24, and a distal end 26 including a coupling element 22 adapted to be coupled to the medical implement 50, a handle 14 which is provided with a proximal end 42, a distal end 44 and a bore 46 extending between the proximal end and the distal end and is arranged slidably around the hollow tube so as to be selectively movable between the distal position, i.e., a first position and the proximal position, i.e., a second position and a mass 16 which has a proximal end 88 and a distal end 90, is arranged slidably in the hollow tube and is coupled to the handle so as to be moved according to the movement of the handle.
