Abstract:

To provide a medical image display system capable of arranging and displaying tomographic images of different cross-sections and displaying images in a prescribed order of display by simple operation.

This medical image display system reorganizes and displays an arbitrary cross-sectional image based on the tomographic image of a subject taken with a prescribed slice thickness. In reorganizing the arbitrary cross-sectional image, the direction, interval, the rotation angle, and the like, of the reorganized face are set as parameters for the tomographic image, and the tomographic image is reorganized according to the parameters. The scrolling display of images is possible by reorganizing cross-sectional images one after another by the image feeding operation.
