Abstract:
To provide a medical image processing apparatus, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, and a medical image processing program that automatically reduce the misalignment of a roadmap image with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus according to the embodiment combines a tube image which is an image of a tubular structure and a device image, the medical image processing apparatus including a device image generation unit and a combined-image generation unit. On the basis of a first amount of positional misalignment between a live X-ray image and a device mask image based on an X-ray image acquired before the start of a procedure, the device image generation unit aligns and converts the device mask image with the live X-ray image as a reference, and then differentiates the live X-ray image and the device mask image to generate a device image. On the basis of a second amount of positional misalignment between the image used for generating the tube image and the device mask image and on the basis of the first amount of positional misalignment, the combined-image generation unit aligns and converts the tube image with the live X-ray image as a reference, and then generates a combined image by combining the device image and the tube image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
