A CPU 11 refers to the important item data contained in the reservation data in reservation data display processing to discriminate whether a specific value showing the content of the important item data is stored in the important item data. Subsequently, the specific value stored in the item content of data items wherein the display flag is 'ON' among patient data and imaging data is extracted.
