Abstract:

To provide a medical needle recovery instrument, a needle pad body and a needle pad holding case suitable for preventing a needle sticking accident and a medical accident (an accident of leaving a needle in the body).

This medical needle recovery instrument 10 is provided with a needle pad body 14 having a thick-walled soft member for sticking suture needles X, and a thin-walled elastic member for covering the needle pad face of the soft member; and a needle pad holding case having a holding part 11 for holding the needle pad body 14, and a grip part 12 for an operator to grip. In the case of sticking the needle pad body 14 with the suture needles X, the suture needles break through the elastic member and are stuck in the soft member. The suture needles are thereby fixed and recovered.
