Abstract:
To provide a production method of a medical tape having a high effectiveness for reducing continuous skin irritation during a sticking period caused by residual shrinkage force.SOLUTION: A production method of a medical tape comprises: a step for applying a solution polymer serving as a flexibility base part having a flexibility function, on an upper layer of a film production base part having a non-flexibility function, for producing a film of the solution polymer; a step for laminating an adhesion part having a function for sticking and holding the flexibility base part on the skin, on an upper layer of the flexibility base part, for laminating a peeling part on the upper layer of the adhesion part, the peeling part having a function for protecting the adhesion part; a step for acquiring, by peeling and removing the film production base part from the flexibility base part, the flexibility base part in a state in which residual shrinkage force is reduced, the residual shrinkage force being generated following molding shrinkage of the solution polymer, for acquiring a structure having three layers and formed of the flexibility base part, the adhesion part and the peeling part; and a step for laminating to the flexibility base part of the structure having three layers, a supporting body part having a function for holding the flexibility base part.SELECTED DRAWING: None
