Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information as the reference of the case history of a patient from contents of appended documents of medicines described on a prescription.
SOLUTION: Names of diseases to which medicines are contra-indicative and those to which medicines are adaptive are stored in a medicine master file 33, and the case history of the patient is stored in a patient file 32, and former names of diseases stored in the medicine master file 33 and the case history stored in the patient file 32 are compared with each other by a means 28; and if a name of a disease coinciding with the case history is found, a warning is given by a means 29. If any names of diseases coinciding with the case history are not found, latter names of diseases to which the medicion is adaptive, stored in the medicine master file 33 are stored as the case history in the patient file 32 of the patient.
