Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium supply device that is able to supply medium of optimum flow rate.SOLUTION: A medium supply device comprises: a storage section that, when an electric motor is operated in a predetermine condition, stores in advance information indicating a relation with a change in an amount of medium supplied by a medium driving section, with respect to a change in frequency converted by an inverter, which corresponds to pipe resistance; a frequency detecting section that detects the frequency of the inverter when the electric motor is operated in the predetermined condition; a medium amount calculating section that calculates an amount of medium supplied by the medium driving section on the basis of frequency detected by the frequency detecting section and information stored in the storage section; a setting section that sets a required amount of medium; and a frequency control section that controls frequency converted by the inverter, on the basis of the required amount of medium set by the setting section, detected frequency and the calculated amount of medium.
